This document stipulates the terms and definitions of trans fatty acid-free health food quality specifications, certification bodies, sources of trans fatty acids, technical requirements and labeling requirements. This document is applicable to the voluntary and public welfare product certification evaluation for trans fatty acid-free foods. Technical indicators: no trans fatty acid content (/100g or/100mL) ≤ 0.2g, tested according to the regulations of GB5009.257.
