Scope

This standard specifies the relevant terms, definitions and analysis methods for conventional indicators such as moisture and volatile matter, acidity, alcohol content, reducing sugar and starch in solid-state fermented wine grains. This standard is applicable to the analysis and determination of the fermented grains coming out of the solid-state fermentation of liquor and the fermented grains entering the pond.
