Scope

This document specifies the high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of neutral triterpenes and ergosterol in Ganoderma lucidum extracts. This document applies to the dried fruiting bodies of the Polyporaceae fungi Ganodermalucidum (Leyss.exFr.)
