- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of potassium sulfate for agricultural use. This standard applies to potassium sulfate produced from natural potash sulfate ores or potassium sulfate produced by decomposing potassium chloride with sulfuric acid. Used as fertilizer in agriculture.
