- This document stipulates the terms and definitions, overall requirements, evaluation methodology framework, emission accounting, project pollution reduction and carbon reduction effect assessment, and preparation of pollution reduction and carbon reduction effect assessment reports for the use of recycled raw materials. This document is applicable to the evaluation and reporting of pollution reduction and carbon reduction effects of projects related to recycled products made from typical recycled raw materials such as recycled steel and recycled non-ferrous metals. The pollution reduction and carbon reduction effects of other projects made of recycled products made from recycled raw materials can be evaluated with reference to this document. .
