Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of rapid food safety detectors. This standard applies to food safety rapid testers (hereinafter referred to as instruments) produced, sold and used in Fujian Province. Contents not covered by the technical requirements of this standard shall be implemented in accordance with national or industry standards.
