Scope

This standard specifies a method for the determination of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2 in feed by immunoaffinity chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, and G2 content in feed and feed raw materials. The detection limit of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2 in this standard is 1.0 ug/kg, and the quantification limit is 2.0 ug/kg.
