Scope: This standard specifies the evaluation methods for the corrosion of disinfectants and disinfection instruments to metals under the conditions of aerosol spray, ultrasonic atomization, vaporization, gas, constant spray, wiping, immersion or flushing disinfection conditions. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the corrosivity of metals for disinfectants that come into contact with various metals and alloy materials during the disinfection process and disinfection instruments that use chemical factors to disinfect.
