- This document specifies the basic requirements and test methods for snowboard step-in bindings (see 3.1). This document applies to step-in snowboard bindings for adults and children. This type of fixation system uses a mechanical interlocking principle, and the system interlocking mechanism will be specific to the manufacturer. Compatibility between different systems is not preset, so any potential risks in the connection between ski boots and bindings need to be tested. Snowboard bindings see GB/T40940-2021.
