Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of Pingyin rose sauce. This standard applies to rose sauce made from fresh Pingyin rose petals and white sugar (brown sugar) as raw materials, washed, kneaded, pickled, and fermented without adding any food additives.
