This document specifies the hardware components and parameters, software architecture and defect detection methods, technical requirements, inspection methods, factory inspection, packaging and storage of the PCB defect visual inspection system. This document applies to the development, production and delivery of PCB defect automatic optical inspection equipment (Automatic Optical Inspection; AOI).
