1.0.1 This regulation is formulated in order to standardize the design, construction and acceptance of the overall cast-in-place concrete insulation system of SEW composite external formwork, to achieve advanced technology, economical reasonableness, safety and applicability and to ensure project quality. 1.0.2 This regulation is applicable to cast-in-situ concrete insulation projects for newly built and expanded civil and industrial buildings in areas with a seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees and below. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with the provisions of this regulation, the design, construction and acceptance of the overall cast-in-situ concrete insulation system of the SEW composite external formwork shall also comply with the current relevant national and provincial standards.
