1. Background and Significance of Standard Formulation

With the rapid development of my country's exhibition industry, commercial conferences play an increasingly important role in the creation of economic and social value. However, the lack of unified management standards in the industry has led to inefficient conference organization and uneven service quality. GB/T 43467-2023 "Guidelines for the Organization and Management of Commercial Conferences" came into being, aiming to provide conference organizers with a scientific management framework and implementation guidance to promote the standardized development of the industry.

4. Implementation Suggestions

4.1 Develop a Detailed Plan

4.2 Strengthen Risk Management

Establish special emergency plans for key areas such as public safety and health safety. It is recommended to conduct emergency drills regularly to ensure the effectiveness of the plans.
