Scope

This standard specifies the categories of cover properties for general purpose conveyor belts with fabric or metal cores, and is used to guide the use of conveyor belts. This standard specifies the basic performance combinations of various covering layers and determines the corresponding measurement methods. This standard does not apply to the light conveyor belt specified in HG/T 4601.1.
