Scope

This standard specifies the ultrasonic method for on-site non-destructive measurement of the thickness of flexible waterproofing layers. This standard is applicable to ultrasonic non-destructive thickness testing of single-layer or multi-layer combination flexible waterproofing layers in newly built, renovated, expanded and repaired construction projects and municipal engineering sites. The test results are used for acceptance of waterproofing and concealment projects or quality certification required by other aspects.
