Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for semi-solid seasonings, food additives, test methods, inspection rules, labels, markings, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to condiments made with fermented condiments, salt, spices, etc. as the main raw materials or with fermented condiments, spices, oils, meat or vegetables as the main raw materials, with other auxiliary materials added.
