Scope

This specification specifies the requirements for the preparation of environmental impact reports for nuclear-powered icebreakers. This specification applies to nuclear-powered icebreakers owned by the People's Republic of China (core thermal power does not exceed 300 MWt), and other offshore nuclear-powered platforms may refer to it.
