- This document specifies the relevant terms and definitions, requirements, manufacturing and inspection, factory information, marking, coating and transportation packaging of steam heaters for air separation equipment. This document is applicable to the steam heater (hereinafter referred to as the heater) used to regenerate the purification system in air separation equipment. The applicable parameter range is: a) The steam is saturated steam or superheated steam, the working temperature is not greater than 350°C, and the working pressure is not greater than 3.0MPa; b) The regeneration gas is air or dirty nitrogen, and the working pressure is not greater than 0.1MPa; the product of the design pressure (MPa) and the volume (m3) is not greater than 500.
