This document is based on the national statistical classification of the digital economy and its core industries and Beijing’s digital economy-related documents, combined with the successful experience of industry associations serving enterprises and the research accumulation of scientific research institutes on the digital economy, and analyzes the digital foundation of Beijing’s digital economy benchmark enterprises. Technological innovation, economic and social efficiency creativity, industrial ecological influence, and future development and growth have put forward evaluation requirements, provided evaluation standards for digital economy enterprises, and also provided evaluation basis for industry service agencies and relevant government management departments.
