"INTRODUCTION Bulk storage facilities for gasoline can be found in or near most large urban areas and in many rural areas. These facilities are generally classified as being either terminals or plants. The term ""terminal"" is used to designate large storage facilities that receive gasoline by pipeline or ship and distribute it by truck. The term ""plant"" is applied to smaller facilities that both receive and distribute gasoline by truck."
