Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for using waste sulfuric acid from the integrated circuit manufacturing industry when producing titanium dioxide using the sulfuric acid process. The main technical indicators are: sulfuric acid (H2SO4) ≥ 60W/%; hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) ≤ 0.5W/%; Iron (Fe) ≤ 0.002W/%; transparency ≥ 100/mm; chroma, darker than standard chroma; ash ≤ 0.01W/%; arsenic (As) ≤ 0.001W/%; lead (Pb) ≤ 0.02W/ %.
