Scope

This document specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for the determination of vitamin B12 in functional beverages. This document is applicable to the determination of vitamin B12 in functional beverages and foods. When the functional beverage sampling amount of this method is 50.0g, the detection limit of the method is 0.06μg/kg.
