Scope
This specification applies to the design, construction, testing, acceptance and maintenance of energy consumption monitoring systems for newly built, renovated and expanded public buildings in our province. The public building energy consumption monitoring system should be advanced, reliable and scalable, and the data collected should be standardized, accurate and reliable, providing a reliable basis for formulating building energy consumption benchmarks, optimizing the operation of building equipment, and strengthening energy consumption management. The data collected by the public building energy consumption monitoring system should be remotely transmitted to provincial and municipal building energy consumption monitoring data centers to provide scientific and reliable basis for the implementation of energy consumption statistics, energy audits, energy efficiency disclosures, and the establishment of energy consumption quotas. In addition to complying with this specification, the construction of public building energy consumption monitoring system projects should also comply with the current relevant national and provincial standards.
