- This document stipulates the basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality commitment of pearlescent pigments for cosmetics. This document is applicable to use one of mica, calcium aluminum borosilicate, sodium calcium borosilicate, and alumina as the base material, and the surface is coated with titanium dioxide, iron oxide and other metal oxides through hydrolysis and high-temperature calcination processes. It is not excluded. Continue to add cosmetics that allow the use of cosmetic pearlescent pigments made from pigments (hereinafter referred to as pearlescent pigments).
