In order to implement the national technical and economic policies on energy conservation and environmental protection, prefabricated buildings and green construction, promote the application of centralized processing and distribution mode of formed steel in projects, achieve technological advancement, economic reasonableness, and ensure quality, this regulation is formulated. This procedure is applicable to the centralized processing and distribution of formed steel materials for urban rail projects, and can be extended to other municipal construction and housing construction projects.
