The qualitative method is the fluorescent labeling method, and the quantitative method is the diffusion cell method. It is advisable to conduct qualitative analysis first, and then conduct quantitative analysis when the result is that there is transdermal absorption; if the result of qualitative analysis is that there is no transdermal absorption, there is no need to conduct quantitative analysis.
