- Scope
- This regulation stipulates the basic requirements for safety management of large and medium-sized biogas projects, including safety management in the decision-making stage, implementation stage, and operation stage, as well as basic requirements for fire protection and lightning protection, safe production, safety protection, and alarm control. This regulation applies to newly built, expanded, renovated and existing large and medium-sized biogas projects with a gas production volume of not less than 150m3/d.
