This document stipulates the methods for monitoring the performance of projects under construction, the basis for monitoring the performance of projects under construction, and the details of projects under construction. In-process performance monitoring standards, in-progress performance monitoring content of projects under construction, content elements of in-progress performance monitoring reports, and in-process performance monitoring results and applications of projects under construction. This document is applicable to the in-process performance monitoring of projects under construction with public financial expenditures or non-public financial expenditures, and can also be used as a guidance reference for the in-process performance monitoring of non-engineering projects.
