This document stipulates the overall requirements for risk management and control of redevelopment and utilization of organically contaminated land after restoration, data collection and land conceptual model update, risk determination, risk management and control plan formulation, and risk management and control implementation. This document is applicable to the risk management and control of the redevelopment and utilization of organically contaminated land after the restoration. It can be used as a reference for the risk management and control of the redevelopment and utilization of heavy metal contaminated land and compound contaminated land. This document does not apply to plots contaminated with radioactive substances and pathogenic organisms.
