Scope
DBS41/ 012-2020 Food Safety Local Standard General Hygiene Specification for Small Food Workshops This standard specifies the basic requirements for production and processing of small food workshops, including terms and definitions, processing sites, facilities and equipment, hygiene management, food raw and auxiliary material management, processing process control, Product packaging and labeling, inspection, storage and transportation management, product recall management, personnel training, management systems and records, etc. This standard applies to small food workshops stipulated in the "Henan Province Food Workshops, Small Business Stores and Small Stalls Management Regulations", which have no more than 10 fixed employees and a production and processing area of no more than 200 square meters. This standard does not apply to ready-made and ready-to-sell products.
