This standard applies to auxiliary stationary support devices for low-mobility groups of the population (hereinafter referred to as MGN), installed in public buildings, structures, in common areas, in multi-apartment residential buildings, in places of placement and residence of MGN and intended for use by users who have persistent or temporary disturbances of static-dynamic functions and limitations in the ability to independently move in space, maintain body balance when moving, changing body position and at rest. The standard defines the types of fixed support devices and establishes general technical requirements for them (design, materials, installation and operating conditions). The standard does not apply to supporting technical means of rehabilitation of disabled people intended for individual use (crutches, walkers, canes) and to stationary supporting devices in vehicles, passenger elevators and lifting platforms for disabled people. The standard can be used as a reference for rehabilitation stationary supports for individual use in residential premises
