- This standard stipulates the energy measurement management of energy consuming units, the allocation and training of energy measurement personnel, the equipment and management of energy measurement instruments, energy measurement data management, and energy measurement self-examination and improvement. This standard is applicable to energy-consuming units that have passed the measurement management system certification and are operating effectively, and have the following aspirations: a) Establish, implement, maintain and improve the energy measurement management system; b) Comply with the declared energy measurement management policies and objectives; c) Demonstrate compliance with energy measurement management requirements through the following methods, including: ——Conducting self-evaluation; ——Seeking external evaluation and obtaining recognition.
