This document specifies an overview of rapid testing methods for the soothing efficacy of cosmetics and their raw materials based on zebrafish models, test preparation, test procedures, quality assurance and quality control, data and reporting. This document is suitable for the rapid detection and evaluation of the soothing effects of cosmetics and their raw materials using zebrafish models. This document does not apply when the test substance cannot be dissolved, emulsified or prepared into a uniformly dispersed suspension.
