- This document describes a liquid phase chromatography-tandem mass-harmony determination method for lincomycin, clindamycin, clindamycin phosphate and pirinomycin in feed. This document applies to the determination of lincomycin, clindamycin, clindamycin phosphate and pirinomycin in compound feeds, concentrated feeds, concentrate supplements and additive premixed feeds. The detection limit of this document is 10μg/kg, and the quantification limit is 40μg/kg.
