Scope This document specifies yak meat traceability requirements, procedures, coding rules, information collection, management systems, drills and other requirements. This document applies to traceability-related technical operations in the processes of yak breeding, trading, slaughtering, segmentation and packaging, transportation and product sales. 2 Normative reference documents The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text.
