Scope
This standard is intended for use by industrial enterprises and organizations when using digital twins of electronics and CALS technologies in the early stages of design, manufacturing and testing of electronic equipment (EA), as well as at all subsequent stages of the life cycle of EA. The virtual testing subsystem of EA for the effects of random vibration is used in the early stages of designing EA for the following purposes: industrial, for energy, military-industrial complex, aerospace, shipbuilding, medical, automotive, for navigation and radar, consumer, for fiscal and commercial equipment, communications (telecommunications), computer technology, for automation and intelligent control, security systems, lighting technology, automated transport and moving robotics. EA consists of electronic cabinets and units, printed circuit units and electronic component base (ECB) (microcircuits, transistors, resistors, etc.). The ECB and EA are affected by random vibration. Random vibration can lead to non-compliance of electronic components and electronic components with the requirements for their resistance (strength and stability) to the effects of random vibration. This standard establishes the basic provisions of a technology that allows analyzing the resistance of EA to the effects of random vibration using mathematical modeling and virtual testing of EA for the effects of random vibration during design. Analysis of resistance indicators of EA to the effects of random vibration must be carried out at the early stages of EA design through mathematical modeling and virtualization of tests of EA under the influence of random vibration during design. To analyze the resistance indicators of electronic equipment to the effects of random vibration using the method of mathematical modeling (virtualization of tests of electronic components and electronic equipment for the effects of random vibration), certified software should be used, and, if necessary, certified software and hardware. Requirements for software and hardware are established in agreement with customers
