- Zunhua apples refer to high-quality apples originating in the Zunhua area of Hebei Province. The average fruit weight is 220 grams; the fruit shape is oval or broad. The fruit surface is smooth, rust-free, with a lot of fruit powder, a thick wax layer, and a medium-thick and tough peel; the background color is yellow-green, with red flakes or bright red stripes; the fruit spots are many, yellow-white, small, round, and rusty in color. The fruit spots are large, irregular and prominent. The flesh is yellow-white, dense and crispy, juicy, moderately sweet and sour, aromatic and refreshing to eat, with a soluble solids content of 12-17%, extremely high quality, and the fruit is extremely durable for storage.
