This document specifies the terms and definitions, product category markings, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of phase change temperature regulating fibers and textiles. This document is applicable to all types of phase change temperature-regulating fibers, as well as textiles with phase change temperature-regulating functions that are blended with phase change temperature-regulating fibers and other fibers or made entirely of phase change temperature-regulating fibers. Other fibers and textiles with phase change temperature regulation function made after post-finishing can be implemented by reference. The technical requirements and test methods for the phase change temperature regulation functional items in this document are suitable for the grade certification of the phase change temperature regulation effect of phase change temperature regulation fibers and textiles.
