- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of halogen-free epoxy fiberglass cloth adhesive sheet prepregs for multi-layer printed boards. This standard is applicable to multi-layer printed boards bonded with epoxy fiberglass cloth whose bromine (Br) and chlorine (Cl) contents (mass fraction) are less than 0.09% respectively, and the total bromine and chlorine content (mass fraction) is less than 0.15%. Sheet prepreg material (hereinafter referred to as bonded sheet).
