- This standard specifies the general requirements for accuracy inspection of CNC high-speed printed circuit board drilling machines, the requirements and inspection methods for geometric accuracy inspection and working accuracy inspection. This standard applies to CNC high-speed printed circuit board drilling machines (hereinafter referred to as drilling machines) that drill holes on printed circuit boards and have a rated spindle speed of not less than 50,000 r/min.
