Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for marking, protection against electric shock, structure, mechanical properties, and electrical properties of ground-mounted boxes and enclosures. This chapter of GB/T17466.1-2019 applies after adding the following content. Added after the fourth paragraph: This document applies to installation boxes and enclosures. Concealed ground mount boxes and concealed ground enclosures are intended to protect accessories from load pressures not greater than 1000N. NOTE: Outdoor requirements are under consideration.
