This document stipulates the sensory, physical, chemical, and biological requirements for Borneo Candy, describes the corresponding test methods, and stipulates inspection rules and contents of marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage. This document applies to the production, inspection and sale of flake sugar processed from rock molasses or granulated sugar.
