This document specifies the product classification and labeling, technical requirements and test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging, storage, transportation and use of low conductivity coolants for batteries. The product in this document is composed of ethylene glycol, deionized water, supplemented by non-ionic additives such as preservatives, bactericides, and defoaming agents. It is suitable for hydrogen fuel cells and power plants whose heat exchange temperature does not exceed 110°C. Thermal utilization cycle systems such as batteries and charging piles that require low conductive media. This document is applicable to systems whose materials are limited to aluminum alloys, copper-based metals, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316L and other metal materials. The system needs to be equipped with specific ion filtering equipment.
