- Scope
- This standard specifies the inspection and testing scope, inspection and testing items, contents and corresponding evaluation standards of steam turbine metal parts in thermal power plants after manufacturing, before installation and in service. This standard is applicable to the inspection and testing of the following metal parts of steam turbines in thermal power plants: 1) Steam turbine cylinder; 2) Blades of the steam turbine rotor; 3) Impeller of the steam turbine rotor; 4) Steam turbine main shaft; 5) Inspection and testing of babbitt bearings; 6 ) Bolts larger than or equal to M32. This standard does not apply to the inspection and testing of metal parts of steam turbines during the manufacturing stage.
