Scope
This standard specifies the on-board measurement methods and technical requirements for exhaust pollutants from heavy-duty diesel vehicles and gas fuel vehicles. It is suitable for the emission compliance inspection and in-use compliance inspection of new production vehicles of heavy-duty diesel vehicles and gas fuel vehicles that meet the fifth stage standard of GB 17691-2005. This standard applies to M2, M3, N2 (but not including low-speed trucks) and N3 categories equipped with compression ignition and gas fuel ignition engines with a design speed greater than 25km/h, as well as M1 category vehicle exhaust pollutants with a total mass greater than 3500kg.
