1.0.1 This standard is compiled to guide and standardize the comprehensive renovation of old residential areas in cities, improve the living environment of old residential areas, and enhance the livability level. 1.0.2 This standard applies to old residential areas undergoing comprehensive renovation within urban built-up areas. 1.0.3 Comprehensive renovation should adhere to the people-centered approach, comprehensively consider requirements such as livability and convenience, safety and resilience, economic intensification, green ecology, intelligent sharing, and cultural inheritance, and involve multiple parties for coordinated advancement. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, the comprehensive renovation of old urban residential areas should also comply with the provisions of the relevant current national standards.
