This standard specifies the procedures, methods, selection principles, content and requirements for pollution source intensity accounting in the cement industry. This standard is applicable to the intensity accounting of pollution sources of new (renovation, expansion) projects and pollution sources of existing projects in the environmental impact assessment of cement industry construction projects. This standard is applicable to the calculation of source strength under normal and abnormal working conditions in the cement industry. It is not applicable to the calculation of source strength under accidents such as sudden leakage, fire, explosion, etc. This standard is applicable to the calculation of exhaust gas pollutants, waste water pollutants, noise, and solid waste source intensity in cement clinker manufacturing, cement grinding and other production processes. It is not applicable to exhaust gas characteristic pollutant sources emitted during the collaborative disposal of solid waste in cement kilns. Strong accounting. Bulk cement transfer and cement product production can be implemented as a reference. The source intensity of boilers that implement GB13223 is calculated in accordance with the "Technical Guide for Accounting of Pollution Source Intensity Thermal Power" (HJ888); the source intensity of boilers that implement GB13271 is calculated in accordance with the "Technical Guide for Accounting of Pollution Source Intensity of Boilers". 2
