This document stipulates the preparation for debugging of weak link communication networking projects, system debugging projects, content and evaluation, and preparation of system debugging reports. This document is applicable to the debugging of weak-contact AC networking engineering systems of 220kV and above, including tests of newly put into production equipment and special tests of system debugging. Systems of 110kV and below can be implemented as a reference.
