This procedure is applicable to the prevention and control of common quality problems in residential projects in Anhui Province. The prevention and treatment of common quality problems in other projects can be implemented with reference to this procedure. In addition to implementing this regulation, the control methods, measures and requirements for common quality problems in residential projects should also comply with the provisions of current relevant standards.
