- Scope
- This standard specifies the requirements for water supply units in terms of customer service, emergency response services, water quality assurance services, water pressure assurance services, emergency repair assurance services, material assurance services, and information assurance services in urban emergency water supply assurance services. This standard applies to domestic water emergency water supply security services provided by water supply units in urban areas and municipal counties (cities). If the urban emergency water supply guarantee is in compliance with the relevant emergency plans for water supply in the urban area and municipal counties (cities), the provisions therein shall apply and shall not be within the scope of this standard.
